School Van Service for the Community
The GBF school van service has become a lifeline for the community, providing safe and reliable transportation from Khyber to Khudabad, Gojal. Before this important facility was introduced, students faced an exhausting and challenging journey every single day. They had to walk nearly 20 kilometers to reach their school and then return home the same distance. This long and tiring walk was not only physically demanding but also unsafe, especially during harsh weather conditions such as heavy rain, snowfall, or extreme cold.
For many young students, this daily struggle affected their energy, punctuality, and sometimes even their attendance. Parents were constantly worried about their children’s safety on the long route.
With the support of GBF, this situation has completely changed. Around 70 students are now transported safely to and from school every day through the van service. The initiative has significantly reduced the physical burden on students, allowing them to focus more on their studies rather than the hardships of travel. It has also ensured regular attendance and improved punctuality.
Parents now feel relieved knowing their children are traveling safely. The students are happier, more energetic, and better prepared to learn. This thoughtful initiative has strengthened the education system in the area and brought positive change to the entire community.
The community deeply appreciates GBF for this valuable and meaningful support, which is shaping a brighter future for their children.
